Louise
Lover of mermaids, vintage junk & bread, Louise is the maker of odds & ends around the shop including the crowd pleaser, Scenic Chicken salad. When deciding to open a bistro in downtown Two Harbors, she called upon fellow food lover and sister-in-law Susie & Madeira was born. Louise is a toddler mom, and owner of our vegetable scrap recycling system, Flemish giants Ms. Patmore & Jack.
Susie
Pickle aficionado & creator of our most popular sandwich, the Northern Dillight (and many more). You’ll find her cooking up your favorites at the grill & making all of our delicious soups. Susie is a mother & chicken keeper who lives in Brimson with her husband.
Karla
Our general manager & the brains behind many of our specialty sauces, power bowls & more. She carefully brews all of our teas and coffees everyday & you’ll see her smiling face at the counter when you visit. Karla lives on a homestead in Two Harbors with her husband and three children.
